It will, however, continue to be staffed as there is still work to be done. Rehabilitation of fire line, roads, firefighter camp sites, and dozer line will continue. The perimeter will be patrolled so that resources can respond to any fire activity as appropriate. The engines and crews still assigned to the fire will also be available for any new fires reported nearby. Though the fire is contained, it is not out yet. Smoke will continue to be visible from interior islands of unburned vegetation in the coming days. Dust devils may also continue to be prevalent and can look like smoke columns from a distance.
